Refund policy

Digital CD keys can lose their value once exposed or redeemed, so refund eligibility depends on the delivery and redemption status of each order. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

Before delivery

If payment is confirmed but a CD key has not been delivered, contact Telegram support with your order reference. We will investigate the payment and arrange delivery, replacement, or a refund where delivery cannot be completed.

After delivery

A correctly delivered and valid digital key is generally not refundable once revealed or redeemed. This protects the integrity of digital inventory.

Invalid or incorrect keys

If a delivered key is invalid, already used, or does not match the purchased product, contact support promptly with your order reference and the provider’s error message. Do not share the full key publicly. We will verify the issue and, where confirmed, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect purchases

Please review the provider, package, quantity, and billing unit before checkout. A key purchased for the wrong provider or package may not be refundable after it has been revealed.

Payment charges

Blockchain network fees, exchange-rate differences, bank charges, and third-party payment fees may be outside ProxyPro’s control and may not be refundable.
